In de lessen en workshops van Impro Dance The Hague staat dansimprovisatie centraal. Bij dansimprovisatie ontwikkel je je eigen danstaal zonder dat die vastligt. Je leert mee te gaan in wat er zich in het moment ontvouwt en leert te spelen met dans en beweging.
Tijdens de workshop leer je door verschillende opdrachten wat het betekent om te dansen zoals je lichaam je vertelt. We oefenen in samen bewegen terwijl je trouw blijft aan je eigen bewegingsmateriaal. Je leert contact maken met je lijf, je breidt je bewegingspatronen uit en voelt wat er verder in de ruimte speelt. Aan het einde van de les gebruik je jouw unieke dans in groepscomposities.
