Impro Dance zomerles - met Ilse

About this event

Welcome at this summer class organized by Impro Dance The Hague.

In this dance improvisation class, we will play with elements like space, time, movement quality and form in an explorative environment. Every session starts with enough room for warming-up; this means the teacher will help you move with and vitalize your whole self: body, actions, feelings and thoughts. We sometimes work with exercises or invitations to deepen a certain theme or question, which often touches one of the elements described above. At the end of class, we sometimes make instant compositions.
Throughout the session you are encouraged to deepen your listening to your body and navigate the flow of movement between the inner and the outer environment.

All kinds of movers are welcome
