About this event

Introductie / proefles voor de cursus Time & Presence

Time and Presence
As in every Impro Dance course, the invitation is to listen to and notice the body so we can be with the movement that wants to unfold. Whether it is sudden and quick, or sustained and slow, the listening to the rhythms of the body takes time. During the classes we aim to offer a space for slowing down and sensing in, and also to allow for space where we can accelerate and challenge ourselves and each other. We will play with different ways of relating to time, which brings us to the elements of tempo, rhythms, dynamics, music and presence. The topics of this course delight my heart every year, I hope you feel welcome and join us in this vitalizing beginning of the new year.
