For anyone who wishes to deepen their Ecstatic dance experience. For anyone who loves to dance, but feels stuck, shy or unsafe on a dance floor. Let's go deeper into the body, deeper into the flow and deeper into the experience of dancing and moving to music. Either with yourself, with another person, or with an entire group.

Ecstatic dance is such an incredible and powerful way to free, express, heal and get to know ourselves. Yet, many of us might just be touching upon the surface of the great potential of ecstatic dance.

Do you want to get more out of your two hours of ecstatic dance? Do you get stuck in your head sometimes? Do you get distracted? Having a hard time feeling your own unique dance?
Do you feel physically stuck?
Or do you experience mental blockages, or difficulty with surrendering to the music and the dance? Do you feel you could release yourself more?

Or are you simply looking for some inspiration and some new spice to add to your dance?

In this 4 hour workshop we will focus entirely on you and your experience of your body. We will receive many tools and simple ways to help you move more easily, more freely, more deeply and to learn to communicate with and rely on the creative intelligence of your body in dance.

There will be space to explore and discuss what keeps you from going all out on, or super deep on an ecstatic dance floor. We will go in depth on what is means to dance purely and honestly. There will be a safe space for you to try out new things, get to know yourself as a dancer and as a true human-animal.

The exercises and experiences will mostly be indiviual, some will be done in pairs without physical contact and some will be done as a collective.

About the teacher:
Jethro Rahajaan has 25 years of dance experience and taught various forms and styles to many different people in many different places. His dance philosophy grew immensly after discovering ecstatic dance in 2015. Nowadays he is mostly providing deep dance journeys as an ecstatic dance DJ all over Europe. His wish is for people to unite, to free, heal and to cultivate themselves through dance and movement.
