Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance practice guided by a live DJ set that takes you on an ecstatic journey through music from around the world. After the facilitator opens the dance, you’re free to move exactly as you wish—alone or with others. It’s done barefoot, with no talking, drugs or alcohol, allowing you to enter a natural state of ecstasy.
