Conscious Dance is where awareness practices and dance intersect. It’s a body-centred way to elevate consciousness. Forms include Contact Improvisation, 5 Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance and Biodanza—completely free, guided by a teacher, with a partner or solo. Conscious Dance is a fantastic method to develop body awareness, release emotions and connect with the here and now. It’s a wonderful path to ecstasy, connection and holistic healing of body, emotions and mind.
