• Doors open at 18:30. Ring the intercom CLOUD/Danslab.
• We will start at 19:00.
• A 15-minute warm-up session with Jerome to get you in the mood, connect with yourself, and prepare to fully immerse in the free dance session.
• Followed by a 90 minutes ecstatic dance session with DJ Jam.
• Enjoy a cup of tea,.

• Dance your own dance — enjoy moving on your own or connecting with others.
• Let your body speak — we leave words aside and communicate through movement, presence, and body language.
• Listen to yourself — honour your feelings, needs, and personal boundaries.
• Care for each other — stay attentive to the boundaries and comfort of those around you.
• Connection starts with consent — always check before touching. Respect a no, and remember that consent can change at any moment.
• Every invitation is a choice — feel free to accept or decline a dance. A warm smile or simple gesture is always enough.
