I had an amazing experience. The space-holders were truly professional and created a safe, deeply connecting atmosphere. The owner of the venue was incredibly kind and helpful, and the participants were wonderfully warm.

Such a beautiful experience where you can allow yourself to be gentle. After attending a few Mushes, I have noticed how much co-regulation has strengthened my own self-regulation. I am now handling stressful situations in my daily life with much more calm and ease.

We had small practices how to show yes/no non-verbally. This really helps to understands eachother and keeps the space safe. Thank you, great facilitation and guidance 😊

Wat een bijzondere ervaring. Het voelde zo veilig en vrij. Ik ben onder de indruk van hoe goed het begeleid werd en heb echt ervaren dat je als groep de collectieve stress niveau naar beneden kan brengen.

I was very scared to join this event. It turned out that it was scary, but totally within my boundaries.

I felt cared for and in a very safe environment. There's a clear well thought strategy behind this events and honestly we should all cuddle more without fear or shame.

Wow, there is so much value in this mush movement. As I've been going through a rough time, I feld so held, loved and nurished on this day. The facilitation was wonderfull, they really creating a safe space where people can be intimite in a platonic but very loving way. I really recommend everyone, to do a weekly mush. Its a beautifull way to co-regulate the system, without even speaking... just touch, energy and presence. Thank you mush for a wonderfull experience!

This practice truly is a gateway to deeper connection with yourself and others. It helped me shed many mental convictions that had been holding me back to get close to people. Events not only warm your heart, nourish your soul and lead to sensory fireworks in a safe way, but also lead to meeting a lot kind and interesting people in Amsterdam.
