I go almost every week. That says it all I think.

I enjoyed the theme of peace in conflict, and found Mish's leadership inspiring. This playfight meeting felt special. Thanks all who were there.

These sessions are amazing!!authentic and beautiful people getting together exploring strenght and playfulness.. It's really a safe space for body expression and real connection. Also sessions are very nicely guided with a lot of mindfulness.

Playfight is just the best way to exercise and connect at the same time. If you never tried, you definitely should.

Elena is just another level! Passionate, giving clear instructions, safe & caring before, during and after the practice.

They day was intense and fun at the same time, definitely would go again

It was lovely. The introduction and the event was well organised. And Elena, the one that organises it, brings so much genuine care and kindness, and understanding of what she does and why. She explained a bit about how it is about learning to enjoy conflict. And she intimately knows and embodies the matter of non violent communication, and the wheel of consent, among other methods. And she leads by example, and from a place of kindness, understanding, equality, clarity, and has a lot of patience, but can also communicate boundaries and desires really well, for herself, and for the group.

And it was warm and playful. Got to play with and experience different dynamics, and different sides of myself.

And it's really nice and healing to let my inner 🦁 out to play with people who really enjoy my inner 🦁, and bring theirs too. And it's nice to do that while staying in connection too. And to let my inner 🐱 out too.

I am also learning to be and feel softer, more trusting, and playful while play fighting.

One of the people that I played with wanted to practice with being 'sneaky'. And that turned out to be absolutely wonderful and so much fun!

And watching others play, bring themselves, their creativity, was really nice too.

Clowning and playfight... I love the way Suzanne and Elena combine their practices. It is fun, playful and allowed me to go deeper when it comes to my authentic expression! More please!

Wonderful experience. I felt like a kid and so so happy. It's the next day now and I can't wait for it to be Tuesday again!!

Super nice experience! Very nice combination of focus and playfullness. Tarzan Movement made me connect with my body through testing my balance while trying to crawl along a big treebranch. Playfight let me release my playfull energy and connect with my oponents. The people are super loving and gentle, but they will try their hardest to wrestle you to the ground :)

Wat een heerlijke manier om met thema's als competitie en conflict te werken! In een veilige setting te kunnen ervaren en lol te hebben in de strijd. In verbinding met jezelf en de ander.
