About David Pho:
After obtaining my Leiden University degree in Chinese languages and cultures in 1997, I started my lifelong journey and practice of taoism, taijiquan, and qigong in the School van de Kraanvogel. I have been actively practicing these traditional taoist arts for over 20 years. Since 2020, I expanded my journey with traditional Chinese medicine studies at the Academie Qingbai combined with learning primitive survival and nature skills with the Bosbeweging to connect deeply with the natural world and my inner nature.
Feel welcome to join me in practicing taoist qigong and daoyin exercises aimed at promoting the natural flow of Qi through key meridians to calm our spirit, clear our mind, and improve our energy level and immune system. Traditional Chinese medicine promotes a balanced way of living to allow the natural flow of our life force Qi, blood, and other substances in our physical and energy body. Lack of physical activity and mental stress could lead to imbalance and blockages in our body and mind causing depression and illness.
