These sessions are just so powerful. I deeply resonate with Ludo's intention and commitment to explore the "truth of the feelings". I feel deep thankfulness for the work that is done in these gatherings.

These people are real. Here it’s not about trying to feel good, but about truely allowing what is alive in you, no matter how scary or painful it is. A very inspiring place if you want to become more emotionally mature 🫶🏼

This practice is turning into an anchor in my life. How to live from the heart. To choose love over fear. Practice makes perfect. Thank you Ludo for hosting these sessions. It brings me an huge amount of support to keep choosing love however scary that may be. See you next time.

This is the second time I participated, and it was, again, amazing. It was intense, emotional, and connecting in their most beautiful forms. An evening like this is what gives life its warmth and beauty.

I love the flexibility and compassion I felt from the hosts. I admire it being a donation-based event. The space is beautiful and it's so cool how you brought food and a very personal atmosphere to the event. I learned and appreciated quite a few things from the men circle.

I felt that there could have been stricter boundaries or rules in the circle. It being free-flow and democratic actually created a lot of confusion. I think you could take more authority there, and take feedback afterwards so the space feels clearer and you can adjust over time.

But I commend you for trying & experimenting and I would love to see more.

Loved it! Ludo creates a very cosy vibe and is a great spaceholder where everyone feels safe to share with an open heart and he creates space where people can take authentic power to do so. Very nurturing and healing experience and loved the singing of course. Highly recommended!
