Transformational Connection

This was my second evening. Again something magical happened. I love the concept of people coming together in a group with just light and authentic facilitation. I felt the space to be myself and follow impulses without so much having to consider my role in the traditional facilitator-participant setup.
I witnessed people gradually opening up to being more fully present and loving. To be continued!

What a wonderful practice! Exploring the present moment, with no goal, no agenda, nowhere to go besides staying on connection with ourselves and the others in the group is such a powerful way to explore reality. I'm definitely joining more!

Truthful experience, every time. Being a seasoned circler, I always take home beautiful insights. Gems about how I share, bring myself into connection (or choose not to). As every connection feels different in a space that also feels different every night. Sometimes light, sometimes deep.
But often a beautiful dance between love and truth , as Winde once showed us in an exercise 💛

These gatherings never cease to amaze me. On the surface, it’s “just” a group of people sitting together, and it can sometimes feel a bit unstructured or even awkward. But somehow, every time something meaningful reveals itself, a truth or a pattern that is currently present in my life.

These sessions are powerful opportunities to slow down, to sit with what’s uncomfortable, and to experience how co-regulation with others can create clarity.

It’s not for the faint-hearted, but if you’re open to exploring yourself in a very real and honest way, I highly recommend it. Transformational Connection is a beautiful and deeply insightful practice.

Transformational connection has been absolutely life-changing for me, more so than any other meditative/spiritual practice I've experienced. It is hard to believe how many areas of being it affected since I started going 3 years ago. I am better at feeling and understanding emotions, able to hold deeper intimacy, express my boundaries and desires, sense what is happening in myself and others that is not expressed in words, comfortable in giving/receiving touch and care, let go of shame-based patterns, act from authenticity instead of 'shoulds' etc.

And all of this by just being present with what is happening as you are in connection with others. The beautiful thing is that you take what you learn here with you anywhere. The sessions can feel unstructured at first, which may take some getting used to, but that's actually the power of the practice in my opinion. You simply get to be with whatever comes up, and in that regard, to quote Depeche Mode, "it's a lot like life"

Ik kom nu al 1,5 jaar naar deze avonden en ben zo blij dat Winde hier elke avond faciliteert. Ze faciliteert op zo’n menselijke manier, brengt haarzelf in en voel me altijd heel erg gezien en gehoord. Als zij niet faciliteert kom ik vaak ook niet haha.

Ik voel me dankbaar dat deze community er is: de practice en de verbinding met de mensen die komen verrijkt m’n leven.

Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar meer verbinding met zichzelf en anderen en graag willen groeien in het leven.

Small, intimate, full of opportunity and invitation to find myself. Being in connection isn't always easy, but seldom so beautiful and eye opening. All of me was there, all along, ready to be heard, expressed, seen, and - although terrifying - even there to be met by others. Transformational Connection is an invitation like no other to come find yourself, let go, touch, transform.

Winde clearly has depths to her one couldn't begin to call "explored" if one signed up for 10 weekends. It's hard to describe well but one thing that stands out for me is how she both shares herself in the group in a way that leads to further layers being uncovered and at the same time manages to give lots of space for others to bring themselves. I also really enjoyed how she created space for one of the senior participants to lead a singing session. I don't consider myself an enthusiastic singer by a long shot but enjoyed every second regardless. Impressive! It shows how much of Winde's power seems to lie in how she's able to play with those around her.

A really nice experience! I've been doing a lot of Authentic Relating and with Transfomational Connection I noticed right away the structure was more open en also explicitly inviting body movement more then I was used to. That felt really good eventhough it also took some getting used to.
What was also nice was that there were enough experienced people mixed with new comers (like myself). That felt good for me.

I'm definitely going to go again!

Transformational Connection is a beautiful and profound experience. Winde leads with presence, clarity, and care.

The space invites deep and honest connection, with yourself and with others. It can be confronting at times, but in a safe and respectful way.

The exercises are meaningful. Highly recommend this work to anyone who longs for real, authentic connection and personal growth.

I loved the space itself, the setup was welcoming for the relating work. Thank you for providing that as well as the discount for the first-time visitors. What could have been better: the description of the event could have included that it's a mixed level container to manage participant's expectations upfront, it could have offered a more regulating facilitation structure which was absent. I felt there was no beginning, landing as a group, agreements, group regulation ot attunement at all. It started randomly and then collapsed quickly. I would have personally appreciated one (not multiple) master facilitator with a beginner facilitator offering small teachings and practices sparingly until they gain more multilayered understanding of the teachings/practices themselves and develop facilitation authority. I felt highly disregulated and unguided thoughout. Aa far as the participants, I witnessed some participants bring their 'facilitation' status and setting it above the level of the container without providing constructive mindful feedback with contributed to the collapse of the facilitator, I personally would have liked to experience more interactions that embodied fundamental relating principles of checking assumptions, curiosity, and honoring self and others. In reality, I experienced laughter during my shares and statement that Americans are uncomfortable with circling. I found this container and some of its 'experienced leader' participants perhaps not fully embodying the skills that felt relationally safe for my nervous system to continue doing relating work with openness inside during the event. I left feeling dysregulated, somewhat unmet, and judged. I think you can have all the training in the world but at the end of the day, it's how you make people feel in your interaction that matters. I am not sure about other nights but i would not recommend this particular evening to any beginner. I would like to continue practicing this work elsewhere.

Nils gave me a warm welcome which was really appreciated. I have to say the class was so new, I found it uncomfortable at times but I see that’s part of the process. I felt some members of the group were energetically not open to a newcomer. Separation was felt which may or may not have been a projection.

I’d be open to explore more, I see how powerful deepening in presence with others can be. I’d like to learn but unsure.
I wonder if there are any beginners classes available?

I always have great evenings here with a lot of depth, self-discovery, authentic connection and conscious breakthroughs

These meetings are very powerful, despite being just sitting and talking. Highly recommended.
