Had a lovely time at this event. Highly appreciate Meabh’s initiative. Yoga was refreshing, great for all levels of experience and chatting with new people under the sun with coffee made my whole weekend! Can’t wait to join another one of these 🫶

I absolutely loved the Yoga and Visionboarding workshop - it was the perfect mix of relaxation and inspiration🥰Méabh was an amazing host as always - she always brings the vibes and good craic✨Such a gorgeous way to take some time for yourself and meet some lovely people!

This was such a lovely evening! The location was great and Mèabh organised everything super well. We were greeted with some lovely incense and candles and then she guided us through the vinyasa and yin. She made me feel very comfortable and offered alternative positions and options when needed. The journal prompt questions in the end were also nice to think about after having moved our bodies. The mini essential oil massage was also a very nice touch.

It was a great experience! Méabh has an awesome way to guide you thought the yoga class but also the meditation was beautiful. I felt very relaxed after the event! <3

I loved the class, the teacher, and the atmosphere she created. I felt very good and relaxed after moving my whole body, sweating a little, relaxing, and enjoying the delicious coffee and croissant. I recommend it 100%.

I went back home with my heart full. Full after a very well guided yoga class, after having practiced outdoors, having enjoyed the sounds and smells of the park, having had lovely conversations with great woman and meeting Meabh, whose positive energy is contagious. Thanks for organizing <3

Méabh’s event was lovely! Her vibes are always very welcoming, friendly and energetic. She gives adjustments throughout the class making it more practical or challenging depending on your level. Definitely recommend!
