Yoga and a yap with a pilates twist - say hello to Beoga grip socks! As I am launching my own business, I thought so fun to do a collaboration between the two...

So, join us on 23rd of August at Wilhelmina park for allll the gezellig Saturday morning vibes. We'll start with an hour of a dynamic vinyasa yoga (all levels welcome) at 9am, and then we'll head over for coffee and a pastry (and a yap, ofc) to the lovely District café. In addition to the usual yoga and a yap, you can also select to purchase a ticket that comes with a pair of Beoga grip socks :-) These grip socks can be used as part of your practice, as well as for reformer and mat pilates. I am also offering just tickets for the yoga and the coffee after, if you prefer not to purchase a pair of socks - it's up to you!

All you need is your gorgeous self and yoga mat. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before we start the yoga class.
