I am an artist, singer-songwriter, poet, yoga teacher, creative workshop & ceremony leader. Fascinated by the beauty of the natural world, the magic of creative expression and the mysterious journey of life I create my offerings from and for the heart.
In these past 10 years I have been guiding a variety of circles, concerts, workshops and retreats for both children and adults. I believe that creative expression is a doorway to deeper connect to your inner truth, purpose and passion.
Amongst many tools I use music, poetry, creative writing, gentle bodywork, dance and vocal exploration as tools to peel off the layers that keep us from hearing the whispers of our heart. After the release of my debut album 'All Is One' in 2019, I self-released my second studio album 'The Circle of Remembrance' in September 2023.
