We zijn verheugd om jullie te verwelkomen, op onze speciale kerst editie in de Steinerschool van Wijgmaal:

14:30 Deuren open: welkom om aan te komen in stilte. Je kan al stretchen, opwarmen, rusten in de grote zaal.
15:00 Akaya Cacao Ceremony door Hanne Leen, ondersteund door Annemie Jansen & Hanne Peeters
16:00 Zangcirkel "Mantras voor het hart" met Suyana
18:00 Potluck in de inkomhal (aan de openhaard): brneg je favoriete schotel mee voor 2-3 personen (en bord, bestek, soepbeker).
Opgelet: er zal geen keuken ter beschikking zijn om iets op te warmen in de oven of af te wassen.
19:30 Ecstatic Dance met Dj Caroline S'Jegers ~ ceremony, poezie en muziek
22u: Klankreis (breng en deken/kussen) met Suyana
22u20: Slotceremonie met Caroline

18:00 Potluck at the entrance (the the fire place): bring your favorite dish for 2-3 persons (and plate, cutlery, cup of soup).
Please note: we don't have a kitchen for heating & washing dishes!
19:30 Ecstatic Dance with Dj Caroline S'Jegers ~ ceremony, poetry and music
22u: Soundjourney (bring a blanket/ pillow) with Suyana

Parkeer bij het station of bij sporthal Ymeria; alles is vlakbij (op een paar minuten loopafstand).
Je kunt ook gemakkelijk met de trein komen of carpoolen. Plaats je verzoek en kijk in het discussie-tabblad om met anderen af te spreken.

Voel je vrij om een bijdrage te leveren die past bij jouw financiële situatie. Betaal bij voorkeur vooraf online, zodat we weten hoeveel cacao we moeten bereiden.
Kinderen zijn welkom tegen een kleine vergoeding; we vragen echter aan de ouders om hen hierbij te begeleiden. Zij mogen deelnemen aan de ceremonie, zangcirkel en dans, mits ze de richtlijnen respecteren – in het bijzonder de afspraak om niet te praten (voor zover dat lukt :)).

Please pay online in advance so we know how much cacao to make.
Children are welcome for a small donation, but we ask that you, as parents, support them. They are welcome to participate in the ceremony, singing circle and dance as long as they respect the guidelines, especially not talking (as best as possible :)).
★ WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? ★
A unique dance experience, guided by music and sounds. We go on exploration, dare to be vulnerable and gently push our boundaries.
There are three simple basic guidelines to ED: "No shoes. No booze. No chitchat." So we come together connecting our bare feet to the earth, purely communicating through our bodies, and celebrating life in all its aspects!
We welcome you exactly as you are now! So you are entirely free to follow your own needs during the dance.
Each ED starts and ends with a ceremony in which we make time and space to connect with ourselves, the others, the space, the vibrations, our intentions and the larger ED tribe. This opening is guided, and leads you into the dance.
The concept of ED arose about 35 years ago in Hawaii and California, went around the world and has grown extensively over the years, weekly touching many hearts and bodies all over the world.
