About this event
In this guided Yoga Nidra (also known as deep rest), you lie down and let your body go completely still while your awareness stays gently awake. The practice guides you through different layers of awareness.
Hipsy uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. They ensure Hipsy works properly, help us improve the platform, and enable organisers to measure the reach of their events. Analytical cookies from Meta, Google and Mixpanel give us insight into how visitors use Hipsy. This helps us discover what works well, where visitors get stuck, and how we can keep making the platform a little nicer.
Event organisers can use measurement services such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel within Hipsy. This gives them insight into the reach and visitors of their events.
