Conscious Connected Breathing

Connected Breathing Workshop – 22 November at De Eester at the Oostelijke Haveneilanden in Amsterdam.

Join us for a 2-hour connected breathing workshop at De Eester. Through a guided, active breathing technique, you’ll have the opportunity to tune into your body and create space for whatever is there and needs an outlet. During the workshop we will do some exercises to work with the nervous system. Our practitioners will use pressure points and possibly some body work to help you get more aware of your body.

No experience is needed. Just come as you are, breathe, and let yourself be surprised by what comes up.

The session will be held in English or Dutch, depending on the group.

Contra indications:
- Severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis)
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure
- Severe respiratory conditions without medical clearance (such as COPD or asthma)
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery or serious injuries
- Recent use of alcohol or drugs
