About this event

This three hour workshop offers a great opportunity to learn more about systemic work, or family constellations, in a very practical way. We will start the evening with an introduction, explaining what systemic work is and how it operates in daily life.
We then continue with a few exercises that every one can participate in, so you can experience for yourself how the laws of systemic work operate and effect us all.
After a short break there is time for one or two constellations. Participants may present a question for a constellation and the facilitator will choose the ones we will look at. We conclude the evening with some physical movement such as a breathing exercise, or dancing, to help us integrate all we have experienced together.

The workshop will be facilitated by Annemieke Borrias.
Annemieke completed her first training with Svagito Liebermeister in 2014. She continued her studies with Elmer Hendrix at the Institute for Systemic Work in Dieren, the Netherlands. In addition, she organised and participated in workshops with Stephan Hausner, a renowned facilitator of systemic work who specialises in working with illnesses and physical conditions. What she has learned from these three teachers forms the foundation of her own approach to facilitating family constellations.

All systemic work is phenomenological, and for Annemieke, this is the guiding principle in her practice: whatever emerges in the field is what needs to be seen and worked with. The power of our connection to the ancestral field is what can bring about genuine healing. No one is born alone, and the more deeply we can connect with the family we are part of, the more grounded we become in life.
