About this event
🎄CELEBRATING THE LAST CHRISTMAS DAY WITH CHOSEN FAMILY? Say no more… 🎄
We have not one, not two… but THREE spaces ready for you!! At our new location you will be able to go on a real journey within.
BASEMENT: this is where the rave is. 2.5hrs of an incredibly musical journey with peaks and valleys and real rave energy. ❤️🔥
BALCONY: this is your place to recharge during or after the rave. We have a few activities here to calm your nervous system!
LIVING ROOM SPACE (2nd floor): Activities will be different here every time. Think: a dedicated journal station with journal prompts, a massage station with a professional masseuse to recharge during or after the rave, a shadow mirror dance… Curious? Work those legs a little and climb up to all the way to the 2nd floor! 🪄 After the rave we can eat our food here and there will also be a jam session! 🎶

Welcome to the December Christmas edition of the BE FREE ecstatic rave! Now that we're deeply immersed in winter, it's even more important to stay connected. Christmas isn’t the nicest time for everyone - so it’s important that we also get to choose who we celebrate it with! What better way to do that than through dancing together?
BE FREE is where raw rave energy meets ecstatic dance. We follow the ecstatic dance guidelines and our dj sets follow the 'wave like' structure of ecstatic dance, yet the music will be mostly electronic. Techno, trance, afro-house, afro beats and some surprise genres; BE FREE has it all. Expect a real rave at the peaks; raw and hard techno and trance is to be expected!
The entire event is free of any form of substance, phone-less, talk-free and bare-foot. All to support you to enjoy the rave from the inside out and possibly in a new way compared to what you are used to.
BE FREE is a down-to-earth space where everyone is welcome. No-fluff, yet real depth.
We bring dance back to the dance floor!
💙 We have so much magic already within us... If we just dare to go there.... 💙
🎶 The music style
Some songs have the power to transport you beyond this world; touching something deep inside, where mystery and ecstasy awaken. That is what BE FREE is all about: entering the mystery, surrendering to the music, and discovering the ecstasy that already lives within you.
Our DJ-sets weave together the mystical and the otherworldly. They carry you with ethereal vocals, long and enchanting build-ups, and raw, uplifting drops that move through every bone in your body.
The sound of BE FREE consist mainly of Melodic Techno (Afterlife), Mysterious Afro-House, and Tribal Beats, with powerful peaks where Hard Techno and (Psy-)Trance come into play.
💛 Expect the waves of ecstatic dance - yet with gentler and shorter valleys, so the energy is built up again soon after and mostly uptempo.
💛 Expect the power of a club/rave DJ-set, but carried by a deeper intention; we place a big emphasis on the journey of the set.
✨ You can find out more about our energy on Instagram @befreecommunity_ and step into the mystery with us.
But words can only go so far…
The true magic of BE FREE can only be experienced. 🤎
