About this event
A CEREMONY TO HONOUR THE CYCLE YOU ARE CLOSING 🤍
The upcoming Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony will take place under the energy of the Mayan day KEME — a day that invites us to honour our ancestors, reflect on the cycles of life, and recognise transformation as a natural part of our journey.
KEME reminds us of the continuous dance between endings and beginnings. Of allowing what has completed its purpose to be seen, honoured, and released, creating space for something new to emerge.
This ceremony is an invitation to pause and reflect on a cycle that has recently finished, or perhaps one that is still in the process of coming to an end.
It may be a chapter in your work, a relationship, a way you used to show up in the world, a behaviour, a pattern, or a version of yourself that no longer feels aligned.
Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao and the deep vibrations of sound, we will create space to witness what is ready to be honoured and released.
Not to force an ending, but to meet it with presence and hold ourselves in that process.
To honour what has been.
And to open our hearts to what is ready to unfold.
Does this resonate with the moment you are in life?
ABOUT
Dive into the ancient practice of cacao. A ritual that opens your heart, and empowers your inner journey through self-awareness & reflection. Re-connecting with yourself, mother nature, and the whole world around you. A ceremony that brings together the power of cacao and the art of sound healing.
On this special Mayan day we will honoring the energy of the seed: planting intentions for the season ahead, and cultivating clarity for our path.
THE EXPERIENCE
The session will be an immersive sound experience enhanced by the heartwarming cacao.
The ceremony begins with an introduction about cacao & the mayan cosmovision.
Setting intentions and experiencing the cacao. As the cacao settles in, we dive into the sound journey. We lay down and through a guided meditation we connect to our breath letting the body relax and the mind unwind. The sound of Tibetan healing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, the handpan and other instruments will be played inviting you to enter into deep relaxation.
As we come to the end of the journey we take a moment to integrate the experience through
