About this event
BRINGING LIGHT TO WHAT IS STILL OPEN
Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony
This ceremony takes place under the energy of the Mayan day AQ'AB'AL, the dawn: the moment darkness gives way to the first light, and what was hidden slowly becomes visible again.
We all carry threads that are still open. A conversation that never fully happened. A decision we keep postponing. A part of ourselves asking to be understood. These threads don't ask for quick answers. They ask for attention.
Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao and the deep vibrations of sound, we create space to gently bring light to what is still open. Not to force a resolution, but to meet it with presence and let clarity arrive in its own time.
To see what is asking to be seen.
And to take the next step with an open heart.
Is there something in you that still feels unfinished?
THE EXPERIENCE
We begin with an introduction to cacao and the Mayan cosmovision, set intentions and drink the cacao. Then we lie down for a guided meditation and sound journey with Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, handpan and more. We close with a sharing circle, warm tea and healthy snacks.
