About this event

🌕 Scorpio Full Moon Release Ritual – May 1

Join us for a quiet, nourishing evening of release and reflection under the Scorpio Full Moon.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga to soften the body and unwind, followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to guide you into rest and inner awareness. From there, we move into calming pranayama to integrate the experience and settle the mind. The evening closes with silent journaling, allowing space for emotional release and personal reflection.

This is a soft, supportive space to slow down, turn inward, and let go.

🕰 Time: 19:00–20:30
📍 Location: Open de Poort, Moestraat 20, Groningen

💶 Sliding scale: €10–€20
