About this event

Join us for a nourishing online gathering under the New Moon in Scorpio on Sunday, November 8.

The New Moon offers an opportunity to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the cycle ahead. Together, we’ll create space to turn inward, reconnect with ourselves, and explore what we are ready to release and what we wish to invite into our lives.

What we'll do

Gentle yoga: Connect with your body through slow, mindful movement.

Pranayama: Explore breathing practices to settle the mind and cultivate awareness.

Yoga Nidra: Experience a guided practice of deep rest and relaxation.

Intention setting: Reflect on what you want to nurture in the coming lunar cycle.

Optional guided journaling: Put your thoughts and intentions onto paper.

What to bring

Please bring your yoga mat, a comfortable space where you can relax, and a journal and pen if you'd like to participate in the journaling practice.

All levels are welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
