Dance meditation

About this event

Do you sometimes feel stuck or held back?
I invite you to move with what is, exploring the space between stagnation and motion. I will guide you through the dance, helping you to feel your body, follow your breath, and allow your energy to flow.

There is no right or wrong way to move; you don’t need to be a dancer, only curious and present. Together we create a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself freely and come home to yourself.

When:
Sunday, March 15 | 14:30
(Doors open at 14:15)

(Please be on time; I’ll guide you to the space on the upper floor)
