WINTER RETREAT - In Zweden

Zes dagen de kou omarmen, je grenzen op een veilige manier verleggen en een onwankelbaar vertrouwen in jezelf verankeren. Dit is een reis waar je jezelf versteld laat staan van jouw kracht door jezelf uit te dagen in de kou, vol verbinding, good vibes, grote transformaties en ervaren dat je je lichaam in korte tijd kan trainen om het onmogelijke waar te maken.

Ademwerk, winterzwemmen, hiken door de sneeuw in badkleding en weer opwarmen in de sauna in een prachtig Zweedse landschap.
