FIRE DANCE - Ecstatic Dance in Nature

About this event

Join us for the WINTER FIRE DANCE in NATURE, an ECSTATIC DANCE experience led by Eva, at Moeder Aarde Hills in Delft on Friday, November 20st at 20:00.
Let us dance around fire with real drums and later with music mix with Silent disco headphones.

This will be our first winter celebration, inspired by ancient tribal rituals around the fire. We will evoke the spirits of hunters and gatherers, dancing with the essence of the wild,
featuring the energy of ancient fauna like mammoths, saber-toothed tigers, and paleo-wolves.

Experience the Magic of the Dance
Expect prehistorical ambient music that immerses us in the wilderness, amidst untouched nature, where the earth was still a mysterious domain. In this setting, we will feel our connection to nature, relying on fire as the giver of life, protector from wild beasts, and a source of warmth.

We will connect with the stars and the moon, dancing together and in solitude, around the fire, on the hilltop, and below. The sounds of real drums will guide our movements, and we might even come together for a song at the end.

It is all happening in nature, in the hills of Mother Earth in Delft Tanthof. It will happen in any weather condition. In rain, snow, mud, or storm. Let us take this challenge with us and dance with elements! You will get rewarded, we promise!

PROGRAM
- Meet at the parking before 20:00 hrs
- Walk in the dark with intention to the spot of "Mother Earth".
- We warm up with the sounds of nature and drums arounfd fire.
- And move into a dance Journey with Silent Disco Headphones on an Ecstatic Dance Mix from Eva
- Fireshow
- Ceremony closing circle around 22:15

Meeting point: Tanthofdreeft 10, Delft, parking lot by Kynologycal club.
