Floorwork Movement Lab Trajectory - 6 movement sessions

About this event

In this Movement Lab series we dive deeper into our contact with the floor. In the 6 sessions for all levels we explore the fundamentals of moving in, out and along the floor. Feeling the support, using it to move into space, finding more softness and excitement in our movement.

All sessions are infused with classic Explore elements that help you ground and release tension, like shaking and self-massage. Like this, your moving can come from a place of playfulness and curiosity.

Dates:
October 8, 15, 22, 29, and November 5 and 12

To make sure we get the chance to really deepen our understanding and expand our movement vocabulary together, the sessions build onto each. Therefore, it is only possible to join the trajectory as a whole.
