I’m Zoé, a yoga and somatic movement facilitator based in The Hague. I’m passionate about creating spaces where we can slow down, move, feel and reconnect with the body—not as something we need to fix or perfect, but as a place to come home to.
My work is rooted in yoga, somatics, mindfulness and intuitive movement, and I love weaving these practices together with strength, rhythm, music and whatever arises in the moment. I’m endlessly curious about the body and about how movement can help us release what we carry, shift what feels stuck, and create more space for ourselves.
A big source of inspiration for me is nature. I’m drawn to its rhythms, cycles and innate wisdom, and I often bring this sense of curiosity, grounding and connection into my classes and workshops. I believe we can learn a lot from nature about moving between effort and rest, expansion and contraction, stillness and change.
I facilitate classes like Shake the Dust —a dynamic and somatic movement practice combining shaking, yoga, Pilates-inspired movement, strength, intuitive dance and carefully curated music. It’s an invitation to move beyond performance, listen to your body, take up space and reconnect with your own rhythm.
Ultimately, I want my classes to feel like a space where you can come as you are, move freely, feel deeply, and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself.
