Mijn naam is René Valk (1972), geboren en getogen in Alkmaar en vanaf 1998 woon ik in de gemeente Langedijk. Daar woon ik naar alle tevredenheid met mijn vriendin en twee dochters.
Ik ben een gepassioneerde buitensporter. De energie en de voldoening die het mij geeft deel ik graag met kennis, trainingen en workshops. Ik beoefen en geef sinds 2015 de Wim Hof Methode.
In 2019 ben ik toegetreden als gecertificeerd Wim Hof Instructeur. Daarnaast ben ik ook gecertificeerd Oxygen Advantage Instructeur en daarmee kan ik mijn passie voor ademhaling en alle voordelen daarvan graag met anderen delen.
