De kracht van Motherhood in Balance ligt in de combinatie van teaching en ervaringsgerichte sessies. Elk aanbod bestaat uit een inhoudelijke verdieping rondom een specifiek thema, gevolgd door een ervaring die helpt om de inzichten op een belichaamde manier te integreren. Deze ervaring kan verschillende vormen aannemen, zoals breathwork, yoga, creatieve expressie of andere lichaamsgerichte werkvormen.
Motherhood in Balance werkt vanuit een open en samenwerkend concept, waarbij verschillende professionals kunnen aansluiten om iedere editie of ervaring een unieke invulling te geven. Hierdoor is elke samenkomst anders, maar altijd geworteld in dezelfde basis: bewustwording, verbinding en ervaren.
Achter Motherhood in Balance sta ik, Dayamar Hous, moeder van drie kinderen. Vanuit mijn eigen reis binnen het moederschap ben ik mij steeds verder gaan verdiepen in psychologische en wetenschappelijke kennis, gecombineerd met een holistische visie op lichaam, emoties en welzijn. Deze combinatie vormt de basis van alles wat ik creëer en deel binnen Motherhood in Balance.
