Healing inspired by West African ancestral wisdom. Through sessions, retreats, and Movement & Meditation, we guide you back home, to yourself
Mawu Healing is a holistic healing practice inspired by West African ancestral wisdom. We believe the body holds memory, emotion, intuition and wisdom. Through healing sessions, retreats, and Movement & Meditation, we create spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and release what no longer serves you.
Our experiences invite you to remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life—guiding you back home, to yourself.
