Mathilde De Luca is an author, speaker and community builder from France, now based in Amsterdam. She is the author of self as a universe, a collection of poetry and reflections, and the host of the Inner Exploration podcast. She also writes the Inner Exploration essays on Substack.
Her work explores the invisible structures that shape us: the roles we inherit, the stories we repeat, the fears we call intuition, the identities we build to be loved, accepted, or safe. It stands at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, lived experience and ancient wisdom, and it is an invitation to make the unconscious conscious, and to walk from conditioning to freedom.
Former scientist, forever student, she brings this exploration into the room through writing workshops for reflection and creative expression, with intuitive writing, guided prompts and exercises. Beyond words, she builds communities where people feel free to express themselves, connect authentically and make room for love and joy, including Maison Amour Collective.
