Amazing time! Highly recommended to take a deeeeep rest and just cleanse your whole body and mind…😇🙏 I felt so rested and also so welcomed within the group, even though I came alone! The soup was also delicious 😋 again, thanks Arben, meow meow! 😻

I’m still blown away by the Gong Ground & Supper experience. The sound journey took me into another dimension and was deeply relaxing, immersive, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Arben is a true master, creating incredible sounds with such unique and beautiful instruments. And the homemade soup at the end (made by Arben himself!) was absolutely divine. A magical evening from beginning to end.

Sweet escape was much more than an escape. We started with a playful yoga session in the morning, paused with a delicious communial lunch in the garden, and continued with a chill soundbath. All orchestrated by Arben with passion, love, and humor. A true bliss in the city during a King's day.

This gong bath was amazing. Such a relaxing and healing experience. The whole vibe of the ceremony was very relaxed. Arben explained all the different parts in detail so you could feel safe in surrendering to the experience. It was especially nice that the meditation at the start of the session gave the gong bath an extra spiritual layer. Definitely coming again!

Bedankt voor een onvergetelijke avond. Ik heb er enorm van genoten en kwam tot een diepe rust. De gong vond ik echt prachtig en heel bijzonder om te ervaren. Vanaf het moment van aankomst tot en met de overheerlijke soep achteraf klopte alles. Diepe dank.

Good atmosphere in a beautiful studio. A session well lead by Arben was profoundly relaxing. And the soup was great .-)

Beautiful gong bath experience. The gongs created deep, immersive vibrations that you could feel throughout your whole body. The guidance felt intuitive and well-balanced, allowing you to fully relax and let go. The venue itself is stunning and serene, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended.

Great setting while Arben created very pleasant atmosphere and had nice lead throughout. Lentil soup earned 5th hearth.

As a first timer, I found this experience incredibly helpful. The venue was beautifully colour drenched in a calming earthy green, with comfortable mattresses on the floor, pillows, blankets and eye masks. It immediately invited you to relax and get comfortable.

Before I knew it, I was chatting with the friendly people around me and the atmosphere felt very inclusive. I eased in straight away. The whole session was deeply relaxing and time really flies when you are in a trance.

I would definitely recommend it and would happily do it again. Ending the evening with a warm, yummy soup was the perfect touch. Such a lovely way to finish the night

I was very curious to see/witness/take part in the experience and I was not disappointed. The beautifully strange sounds put me in a state of deep relaxation and I believe that was exactly the point. Being a musician and thus curious, I admit to having interrupted this state in order to take a look at how these sounds are produced. Being a sceptic, I can't speak about the healing part but I can certainly confirm that this bath (and the soup afterwards) felt like much more than a bath (and a soup)!

What an amazing, cozy experience. The sounds of these gongs are mindblowing, really out of this world! The guidance of Arben made me veel really safe, i could fully surrender. On top of that, the soup afterwards was so grounding and delicious! 10/10 recommend <3
