Tantra Energy

About this event

Tantris in Amsterdam.
Seminar by Natalia Eremenko.
⠀
- We will meet for these two days to learn to live in tantric energy:
- fill ourselves with it to accomplish great things,
- direct it into creativity, into the ability to see beauty around us, to create our life, as an artist creates his canvas
- create a good mood for ourselves and become a "firefly" for other people
- feel our body and all its receptors
- enjoy subtle touches, while recognizing wild passion
- awaken the vibration of orgasm in the body, weaving it into the nature of being
⠀
-Tantric energy manifests itself not only in sex, but also...
⠀
- in how you breathe
- how you sound
- how you dance
- how you contact nature
- how you do daily practices and routines
- how you experience meditation and rest
⠀
-We will do many body practices that will enhance your energy conductivity.
⠀
-The basis for this work will be the unblocking of three important tantric centers:
Throat
Heart
Pelvic
⠀
-We will do:
- body therapy practices to relieve tension
- tantric body practices to awaken sexual energy
- breathing practices to relieve clamps in the chest and abdomen
- tantric-Buddhist meditation to refine the perception of life
⠀
-Thanks to this, we will release a large amount of tantric energy and will be able to integrate it into our lives in order to connect with our true nature.
⠀
Attention! The program may vary depending on the dynamics of the group.
