Op 22 januari nemen we je mee op reis naar binnen. Yggdrasil Yin Yoga en Gerard van Soelen slaan de handen ineen voor een transformatieve workshop. We beginnen de reis met yin yoga, muzikaal begeleid door Gerard op de handpan. Yin helpt ons te vertragen, met ons lichaam te verbinden en daar dieper in te zakken. Daarna duiken we dieper tijdens het ademwerk, en ontdekken we wat er binnen in ons leeft en onze aandacht vraagt. Het ademwerk wordt begeleid door o.a. live sjamanendrum. We dragen zorg voor een veilige setting waarin je je volledig kunt overgeven aan de reis, om zo met jezelf te kunnen verbinden.
