Durf jij je grenzen aan te geven (en te verleggen)?

Tijdens deze Miniworkshop merk je dat het vrij makkelijk is om in korte tijd een liefdevolle verbinding te maken met jezelf en met een ander. Je ervaart op een veilige, leuke en ondersteunende manier, hoe een gelukkige, gezonde en liefdevolle 'relatie' zou kunnen voelen.

De middag is als volgt opgebouwd:
• Introductie en welkom
• Grenzen en groei
• Ontmoeting ceremonie
• Knuffel oefening

• Oefening: Intimiteit en verbinden
• Deelmoment
• Afsluiting

Alle oefeningen zijn een uitnodigen, we vieren zowel jouw "JA" als jouw "NEE".

During this Mini Workshop you will notice that it is quite easy to make a loving connection with yourself and with another person in a short time. You will experience in a safe, fun and supportive way how a happy, healthy and loving 'relationship' might feel.

The workshop is structured as follows:

• Cuddle exercise

All exercises are an invitation, we will celebrate your "YES" as well as your "NO".
