Sweet Lucid Dreams

About this event

Sweet Lucid Dreams

A lucid dream is a dream in which the dreamer is aware of the fact that they are dreaming.

Once we are lucid, we usually have a certain degree of control over our dream and this can be much fun, but perhaps more importantly, it can be a powerful learning tool for understanding ourselves and the nature of reality, as well as for self development and self realization.

Some people have ability this naturally, others might not even remember any dreams at all... but apparently any one can learn to master their dreams!

Jethro Rahajaan has been having lucid dreams for over 30 years and has kept the ability alive through various methods. He has been teaching these methods for almost 7 years now and has done a Tedx talk about it in 2015.

In this 3 hour workshop we will share and practice lucid dream techniques and dive into many common questions about this scientifically proven, but still rather mystical phenomenon.

Let your dreams guide you to this meaningful evening!
