What are Nuad Thai Massage Lifestyle Classes?
Since 2009, Nuad Thai Massage therapists Manel Aguilera and Nicole van Zurk, founders of ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam, have been dedicated to making Nuad Thai Massage Therapy accessible and affordable for everyone. Their years of research and practice led to the creation of the ITM Thai Hand Method, a unique blend of Nuad Thai Massage movements that incorporate acupressure, yoga-like stretching, and meditation. This method is designed to be accessible to everyone. Since 2019, the Nuad Thai Lifestyle Classes have become a daily highlight for many in Amsterdam, and they’re expanding quickly! What to Expect During the Nuad Thai Lifestyle Class:
During a one-hour session, you'll experience a balanced session where you'll both give and receive a 30-minute deep tissue massage. The massage is performed on a mat on the floor, with all participants fully clothed and no oils used. You will follow the Nuad Thai Massage flow under the expert guidance of a professional teacher. This powerful method deeply impacts on mental and physical well-being, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall health.
Throughout our Tuscany Wellness Escape, you will experience the transformative power of the Lifestyle Nuad Thai Massage Class by participating in two classes each day. 17:00 onwards: Unwind and explore the evening at your leisure. Visit the best restaurant in the nearby town (within walking distance), or enjoy a meal at one of the top agriturismo in the region. Alternatively, relax at the villa and make your dinner in the common kitchen.
