We are going to explore together what the ShamaSomatic Constellations approach is about and how it can be in service of our healing journey and that of our explorers (clients) by:
* Sharing the core of this approach and its elements, principles and values
* Offering us a taste of the work itself and its potential for healing, transformation and
empowering, by diving into a first exploration together
* Sharing first-hand the experiences of previous participants and how their lives have been transformed by such approach
* Sharing the different fields this approach can be in service of i.e. 1-1 sessions, retreats, becoming a facilitator yourself
* A space to ask questions and fulfill interests
THE CORE OF THE APPROACH
We live in a world that experiences life through polarity. Something has permission to belong, while something else is excluded. But life wants to bring back together what has been separated.
Here healing happens. It always occurs when we include what has been excluded: anger, sadness, ideas, taboos, parts of our body, members of our tribes, dreams, strengths and vulnerabilities…….’success’ and love.
ShamaSomatic Constellations is a deep intuitive and embodied process that allows us to bring into our awareness all that is hidden, excluded, unlived, and unloved. All that makes us feel stuck, separated from the life that we want to live, separated from our joys, longings and ability to welcome and experience pleasure.
It is a process that re-connects us with our life and our place in life.
So that we can live it - fully.
FOR WHO IS IT INTENDED
* When we have a fascination for the sacred and the unknown.
* When we would like to connect deeper and work with our body as a field, as a living system.
* When we would like to enhance our capacity for listening and allowing, for ‘seeing’ and sensing to guide us
* When we have been ongoingly struggling with repetitive life patterns, feeling stuck, feeling small, not fitting in, not living OUR lives fully and feel a deep calling to connect to life with joy and pleasure
* When we would like to cultivate pleasure of expressiveness through Movement, Creative Practices, Rituals, Constellations and Nature’s Baths
……then, ShamaSomatic Constellations can support us in taking our place in life fully.
!!!Importantly: No previous experience needed. This approach is intended to uncover all sensitivity, wisdom and knowledge that already resides in us.
METHODS USED
ShamaSomatic Constellations is a process that is a daughter to Systemic Work and Spiritual Family Constellations, Expressive Arts Therapy, OSF, Shamanism. Throughout the sessions, the emphasis is on the somatic and shamanistic approach - getting in touch with our sensing body, stimulating physical awareness, proprioception, kinesthesis and imagination to unlock deep transformation.
FACILITATOR & TRAINER & SPIRITUAL GUIDE
Stefania Ammirata is a movement artist, body therapist, somatic educator, Spiritual Family Constellation facilitator, OSF’s teacher, Bach Remedies practitioner and the creator of the Shama-Somatic approach to Constellations. She is currently studying to become a Core Awareness Savvy. For more than 15 years, she has been living completely off grid in a community in The Netherlands, deeply in resonance with the cyclical movement of nature and her medicines. Moved from a deep longing to explore the unknown within the physical and the energetic fields of life, within and without, she is an adventurer, a weaver of networks of sentient and communicative connections with our essential nature, the other and the “whole”. All her life she has been exploring ways to fully be, move and express from her natural, imaginative, perceptive, sensing and fluid body. Italian, currently living in The Netherlands.
