Samhain staat in het teken van de dood en offers. Het is het laatste oogstfeest en tevens het slachtfeest. In deze periode keren we naar binnen en onderzoeken we welke ballast we willen afwerpen zodat er ruimte ontstaat voor nieuw leven dat in het voorjaar weer mag gaan ontluiken. Door middel van verbonden ademhaling en intentionele focus zullen we samen onderzoeken wat je achter je wilt laten om ruimte te creeëren.
