Step into the sacred safe space of our Winter Solstice Women's Circle, a transformative online gathering where we will navigate the depths of the season's darkness together.

As the Winter Solstice marks the longest night and darkest day of the year, we invite you to join us in embracing the shadows, exploring the profound wisdom that resides within ourselves. In this circle we will embrace and shine light on darkness, instead of escaping from it.

Through a guided somatic practice we will connect and release our inner wild woman together, creating space to release build-up emotions, letting go of anger, rage, and grief. This circle is for women struggling with people-pleasing, setting boundaries, and feeling as their emotions are 'too much' for this world.

After the somatic practice, Gitte (Anger Coach), will guide us in turning our inner fire into life medicine. This simple yet profound experience will guide you from darkness to light, leaving you empowered and connected to your authentic self. Join us in honoring the transformative power of Winter Solstice.
