Shorter, darker days are inviting us to get cosy and turn more inwards.
It’s the time to give some extra care to our body and peace to our mind.
However, the end of the year often feels especially busy and demanding.

Shall we unwind for a day together?
Take a break from daily life and its hustle & bustle?
Nestle in a warm Yoga attic surrounded by nature?

The central theme of this day is connecting to our 5 senses. Consciously tapping into them brings you fully into the present moment, which holds so much magic within and around yourself. Have fun experiencing it with sharper senses. Unwinding with all your senses also reconnects you to your 6th sense – your intuition. Allow yourself to just be and feel grounded, relaxed and recharged by the end of the day.
