November Classes on Wednesday at 20:00 (1h): Nov 11, 18 and 25

Discover peaceful sensations from within when you reconnect with the present. In this class we explore body movement, breathwork and meditation training your awareness to remain available to the here and now.

These classes are for you if:
You are on, or want to start, a journey to yourself
You suffer from anxiety, depression, or you have trouble sleeping
You feel that your mind takes the lead in your life and you would like to give it a break
The questions: Who am I, what do I do here, why do I suffer, haunt your mind
The intention with each class depends on the day and time. For example, in the evenings we will focus more on activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). In the mornings we will work on activating the sympathetic nervous system (energize) doing stronger breathing exercises and movements.

Integrating breathwork and meditation into your daily routine creates sustainable habits that nurture your physical and mental well-being providing a solid foundation for facing everyday challenges.
