Tijdens deze avond staan we stil bij het exacte moment tussen Herfst Equinox en Winter Solstice. In de Keltische tradities bekend als Samhain: de eerste dag van het nieuwe jaar en het begin van de winter. Ook andere culturen staan stil bij deze periode waarin de sluier tussen werelden flinterdun is en ‘de dood’ wordt vereerd als een heilig onderdeel van het bestaan.
Hoe kan onze stem ons helpen om naar binnen te gaan, los te laten wat ons niet meer dient en ons te verbinden met onze voorouders?
Maximaal 10 deelnemers.
De avond wordt gefaciliteerd door zangeres en stemcoach Milou Mignon. Afgestudeerd aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam en sound healing training Harmonic Sounds. Door 1 op 1 stemwerk sessies en transformatieve stemcoaching trajecten, gidst ze mensen in het verbinden met de helende en manifesterende kracht van hun authentieke stem. In 2024 host ze de eerste Enchanting Voice retreat in haar woonplek 'Inner Nature Farm' in Galicia, Noord Spanje. Meer info: miloumignon.com

On October 31st we celebrate the exact moment in between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice that the veil gets thinner and we honour the ones who have gone before us. In the Celtic traditions known as Samhain. Our voice and magical sounds help us to journey inwards, let go of what no longer serves us and to connect with our ancestors.
All ingredients in a nutshell:

This event takes place in De Klankruimte, a beautiful space in the city centre of Utrecht.
About Milou:
This evening is facilitated by songstress and voice coach Milou Mignon. Through 1:1 sessions and transformational voice programs she guides people to connect with the healing and manifestation power of their authentic voice. From 2024 she hosts Enchanting Voice retreats and Inner Nature residencies in her homebase in Northern Spain.
