About this event
DEEPLY HUMAN
A space for authentic connection, presence, and exploration.
Deeply Human is a recurring Friday evening experience where we come together to connect with ourselves and others in meaningful ways. Each edition offers a different theme, practice, or experience, while staying rooted in authentic relating, empathic listening, and genuine human connection.
Throughout the year, we may explore movement, breathwork, sound, conscious communication, shared meals, and other practices that invite us to slow down, become present, and relate more authentically.
This is not about self-improvement or performing a certain version of yourself. It is an invitation to arrive as you are, meet others with curiosity, and discover what becomes possible when we create space for real connection.
No prior experience is needed. Just bring your openness, your humanity, and a willingness to explore.
✦ NOVEMBER 6TH EDITION: CIRCLING ✦
Circling is a practice of being present with yourself and others, just as you are. Rather than focusing on what to say or how to show up, we slow down and become curious about what is happening here and now.
Through simple invitations and shared moments, we explore what it means to truly see and be seen, to listen without trying to fix or advise, and to express what is alive in us with honesty and care.
There is no goal to reach, no problem to solve, and no need to be a certain way. You are invited to follow your curiosity, notice what is happening within you, and discover what unfolds when we meet each other with openness and presence.
Circling can bring moments of connection, unexpected insights, laughter, vulnerability, or simply the experience of being together without needing to be anything other than human.
You are always free to participate in your own way, whether that means sharing, listening, or taking a moment for yourself.
Come as you are. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to get right. Just an invitation to slow down, connect, and explore what becomes possible when we meet each other in the present moment.
