The Sanctuary Circle

A gentle space for women to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.

The Sanctuary Circles are intimate monthly gatherings devoted to embodiment, emotional connection, nervous system softening, and togetherness. Through guided practices, meditation, movement, reflection, and ritual, we create space to pause from the outside world and listen more deeply within.

These evenings are an invitation to soften the noise, reconnect to your body and heart, and be held in a space of warmth, honesty, beauty, and presence alongside other women.

No previous experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

The Evening Flow

18:45 — Welcome
Arrive, settle, and land softly into the space

19:00 — Circle Opens
Grounding, intention setting, and opening the Sanctuary container

19:15 — Guided Practices
Meditation, embodiment, movement, reflection, and nervous system support

20:30 — Sharing
Optional reflection and witnessing within the circle

21:00 — Circle Closes
Integration and gentle closing

With a background in yoga, meditation, Reiki, and leadership, I hold gentle but grounding containers that support nervous system regulation, emotional connection, and inner reconnection.

The Sanctuary was born from a deep belief that beauty, togetherness, and presence can help us remember who we truly are.
