Zen Thai Shiatsu Temple Night

Dear ones,

We invite you to our Zen Thai Shiatsu temple offering taking place on December 13th, between 7 and 9pm, at De Lange Adem (Ruyschstraat 295, Amsterdam East).

Zen Thai Shiatsu is a type of bodywork and movement therapy that is inspired by Thai massage techniques, Chinese medicine diagnostic, osteopathy and yoga asanas. You receive on a futon on the floor, with clothes on.

During a temple night, you can receive treatment from a therapist in a common space where other sessions are happening at the same time, and with live music; Soundscapes Music Collective will be treating us with their magic. We will be 14+ Zen Thai Shiatsu therapists gathering to create this space, and you can also come and witness the sessions; it’s a beautiful, co-created and intimate space of care and deepening.


Practicals:

We will do two rounds of 45 minutes session with 7 receivers per round, at 18:45 and at 20:00.
When coming to witness, you can walk in at 18:45 or 20:00, and you are welcome to stay for one or both sessions. Please treat the space with respect and care; stay silent, and don't make any recordings.

The donations we receive will go to the rental of the space, the music collective, food for the therapists and snacks and tea for everyone. If there is some extra funds left, we will divide it between the 14 therapists who gave a treatment.
