Mother Earth Agency (MEA) Festival is a day filled with eco-activistic workshops, performances and art installations all around sustainability, community and transformation.
Let's be inspired and moved together! This is a space where we can celebrate, embrace and share our grief, our experiences, our questions and our hopes. Let us cultivate and embody a collective movement for change. Let us be human together. Join us for a full day of inspiring workshops, talks, potluck, performances, art, and a sense of communal hope.

Honouring our pain - Tet Koffeman
in this ritual we will hold the space for sharing our grief for the world. by opening our hearts and sharing our stories we will be able to compost our grief and find new ways of going forth. knowing we are not alone.
Writing Exercises for Sustainable Activism - Marie Scheuermann
Through guided automatic writing exercises we will explore our relationship to activism. Together, we’ll reflect on how our ideas, emotions, and creativity can shape a more sustainable way of moving towards change.
Embodying Earths Support - Johannes Karst
The earth is incredibly generous and reliable- it is supporting and nourishing us every step of our life. Trough somatic, contact improvisation and movement we explore our connection to earth and see how it can inspire us to move. What does it feel like to dance with earth?

Free Voice Expression - Tamar Spierenburg
Expressing ourselves through the voice can be scary and freeing at the same time. Where we invite our vulnerability, we will find our strength. All sound and silence is welcome. Together we will feel the vibration of our voices.
Growing apart? - Feel & Rise
How connected do we actually feel to the natural world? In our increasingly urbanised and fast-paced society, our relationship with nature can sometimes feel distant.
This facilitated dialogue invites participants to explore their relationship with nature through themes of (dis)connection, belonging and the creative process of making zines together.
Eco Empathy - Berend Jak
In the Eco Empathy workshop, we will explore how we naturally listen to and be present with natural elements – a tree, the earth, a stream, an insect. Through practical exercises, we will apply this quality to how we can listen to people.

Mea ensemble is diverse, authentiek, warm and surprising. Expect an engaging mix of comforting melodies, provoking lyrcis, warm vocal harmonies and beautiful strange worlds created in the moment.

Being in nature brings a sense of neutrality, which allows us to drop our masks. This process can take a while but can also be practiced, so nature can become a safe haven. How do we bring this sense of safety and authenticity that arises in nature back in relation with other human beings, or environments that do not bring this neutrality?
In this living installation / long form instant composition, you are welcomed to join and connect to (your) nature, sense, inquire and compose. Feel free to bring your body, your instrument, or just your senses
