About the facilitator

My name is Karlijn Kouwenhoven and I’m passionate about creating safe and grounded spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their body and come back to themselves in a simple and natural way.

My work brings together therapeutic interventions, body and energy work and shamanic wisdom. I'm inspired by nature and the belief that within each of us lives a deeper knowing. It’s my invitation to live a more authentic, connected and soul-aligned life.
